     For the hard-sealed butterfly valve, many of my friends know and have heard of the two-way hard-sealed butterfly valve. So, what is the two-way hard-sealed butterfly valve?

     The two-way hard sealing butterfly valve is actually a two-way sealing butterfly valve product. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with a conjoined structure, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft folding ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, it is more resistant to high temperature, easy to operate, and has a frictionless torque transmission mechanism for opening and closing, which improves the sealing performance and extends the service life.

The main technical feature of the two-way hard seal butterfly valve is the advantage of two-way sealing. The technical adjustment ring is fixed on the structural adjustment bolts of the spring and autumn plates. This structure effectively compensates for the medium pressure between the body and the valve stem between the collar and the tolerance zone, and solves the sealing problem of the two-way AC drive process of the valve of the elastic deformation medium. When printing with multi-layer stainless steel sheets on both sides of the soft T, metal hard seal and soft seal are used, no matter in low temperature or high temperature, it can have zero leakage sealing performance.
