Model A41Y-160 and 320 are suitable for equipment and pipelines with working temperature ≤200℃ air, nitrogen-hydrogen mixture, water and other media. A41Y-160P/320P, A41Y-160R/320R are suitable for equipment and pipelines with corrosive gas or liquid medium at working temperature ≤200℃, as overpressure protection devices. Brief structure

1. The spring micro-opening safety valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small return pressure and convenient adjustment.

2. Nozzle-type valve seat: The valve seat is a Vivare nozzle-type valve seat. When steam flows through the outlet of the valve seat, it reaches the speed of sound. The discharge coefficient is large. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant. Eclipse, long life.

3. Thermoelastic valve disc: The valve disc is designed as a thermoelastic structure, which uses its slight deformation under the medium pressure to improve the sealing ability and overcome the front leakage phenomenon of the safety valve when the pressure is close to the set pressure under the medium pressure. The sealing surface of the valve disc adopts advanced laser quenching technology to improve the hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance.

4. Adjusting nut: By adjusting the adjusting nut and adjusting the spring compression, the valve can easily and quickly obtain the accurate setting pressure.

5. Back pressure adjustment sleeve: an auxiliary mechanism for adjusting the back pressure of the disc. Through the adjustment of the back pressure adjustment sleeve, a suitable return pressure difference can be obtained. When increasing, the valve back pressure is reduced. When lowering, the valve back pressure is increased.

Installation Notes

1. The safety valve must be installed vertically and directly on the container or pipe joint. The inner diameter of the joint should not be less than the inlet diameter of the safety valve.

2. The outlet of the safety valve must be equipped with an appropriate expansion joint to prevent the thermal expansion of the discharge pipe from bringing undue thermal stress to the safety valve. The inner diameter of the discharge pipe should be larger than the valve outlet diameter, and the length should be as short as possible to avoid turning. The weight of the discharge pipe and expansion joint should not act on the safety valve, but should be fixed on the building. The distance between the centerline of the discharge pipe and the centerline of the valve body should be as short as possible. A separate discharge pipe shall be installed for each safety valve.

3. There must be enough area at the outlet of the muffler to prevent back pressure from affecting the discharge capacity of the valve.
