     Maintenance and installation of spring-loaded safety valve:

     1. The spring-loaded safety valve should be placed in a dry and ventilated room, and the diameters at both ends should be sealed to prevent dust.

     2. For long-term storage, check the safety valve regularly and apply anti-rust oil on the processing surface to prevent corrosion.

     3. Before installation, check carefully whether the mark on the valve meets the requirements for use.

     4. Before installation, clean the inner cavity and sealing surface of the safety valve, check that the packing is not tight, and whether the connecting bolts are evenly tightened.

     5. The spring-loaded safety valve should be installed according to the allowable working position, paying attention to the convenience of maintenance and operation.

     6. When opening or closing the rotating hand wheel, other auxiliary levers are not allowed.

     7. Add lubricating oil to the safety valve transmission part regularly.

     8. After installation, regular maintenance should be carried out.
